We are looking for someone to join our Hamilton team as an Employment Consultant. This is a full time, permanent role of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday business hours. This role is resourced with use of a company vehicle whilst at work, you will therefore require a full, clean driver’s licence.
We work closely with our jobseekers and employers; you will need to be active within the local community and work hard to secure sustainable work opportunities for jobseekers and support employers to find great staff.
We want someone who has stacks of motivation and initiative and who can think outside the square. You will need to be computer savvy and able to support people to develop CVs, surf the net and complete online applications. You will also need to enter case notes into our database.
You will need to get out from behind your desk and be active within the local community, working hard to secure sustainable work opportunities for jobseekers.
We work in an outcome-based environment – so we measure what we do, and you need to be OK with this.
